Now
This is a snapshot of what I'm focused on right now. I update it when things change.

Work
Firefox Enterprise launched in October. Now I'm working on what comes after a first release: supporting the first deployments in France, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, learning from them, and deciding what to build next. Still thinking a lot about where open-source software meets commercial expectations, and what that means for product decisions.
Writing
Writing less often, mostly about systems, bottlenecks, and how decisions play out over time.
Learning
Focusing on core product work: talking to users, asking better questions, and looking for patterns across interviews and surveys.
Life
Still digitizing paperwork and tightening backups (NAS, photos) so future-me has fewer problems.
